Terms of Service

Last updated: April 26, 2026

These terms are a practical baseline for Live Beta freemium platform use and paid/pro SaaS upgrades on e-scm.org. Signed customer agreements, order forms, or data processing terms will control where they conflict with this generic page.

1. Service Status

e-scm.org is offered as a Live Beta freemium platform. Users can sign up and use free core eCMR entry now. Paid/pro access can include AI-assisted eCMR/OCR/TruckSim workflows, EDI/API access, team controls, onboarding, and support.

2. Accounts and Users

Users must keep credentials secure, provide accurate account and company information, and ensure that only authorized staff access company freight, billing, signature, or integration functions.

3. AI and OCR Outputs

AI and OCR features assist document capture, schema mapping, cargo extraction, load analysis, and exception review. Outputs must be checked by a human operator before commercial, regulatory, safety, customs, or transport decisions are made.

4. Certification Position

eFTI and related regulatory positioning should be treated as ongoing certification and readiness work. The platform provides workflow support and auditability, but it does not replace professional legal, customs, tax, safety, or regulatory advice.

5. Customer Data

Customers remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of data they upload or enter, including eCMR content, signatures, PDFs, images, cargo details, company legal details, and EDI/API payloads.

6. Payments and Upgrades

Paid subscriptions, credits, integrations, onboarding, and support packages are defined in written commercial terms. Unless stated otherwise in an order form, access may change as the product matures from Live Beta into general availability.

7. Acceptable Use

The service must not be used to process unlawful shipments, attack or overload systems, bypass access controls, upload malicious files, infringe third-party rights, or misrepresent official certifications or authorities.

8. Support
