Live Beta terms

Terms of Service

Last updated: July 18, 2026

These terms govern Live Beta use of e-scm.org. The Free Access Offer applies through 31 July 2027. Signed customer agreements, order forms, or data-processing terms control where they conflict with this page.

1. Free Access Offer

Full platform access through 31 July 2027 is provided free of charge for reasonable corporate use. No charge applies to the available platform modules during this period. The service and available modules are provided AS IS; users remain responsible for deciding whether a workflow is suitable for their operations.

2. Accounts and Users

Users must keep credentials secure, provide accurate account and company information, and ensure that only authorized staff access company freight, signature, or integration functions.

3. Attachments and Customer Cloud Links

Free Access does not include storage of file attachments. Customers may keep supporting files in their own cloud directory and place an access-controlled link in the relevant eCMR sender instructions or agreed workflow. Customers remain responsible for link permissions, content, retention, and the legality of any external service.

4. Business-Hours Availability

For the Free Access service, e-scm.org has an operational availability commitment to make the platform available during Business Hours: Monday through Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 Europe/Sofia, excluding Bulgarian public holidays. Planned maintenance, emergency maintenance, events outside reasonable control, and third-party network or infrastructure failures may affect availability. This is not a warranty of uninterrupted or error-free service, a paid service-level agreement, or a basis for service credits.

5. AI and OCR Outputs

AI and OCR features assist document capture, schema mapping, cargo extraction, load analysis, and exception review. Outputs must be checked by a human operator before commercial, regulatory, safety, customs, or transport decisions.

6. Certification Position

eFTI and related regulatory positioning remain ongoing certification and readiness work. The platform provides workflow support and auditability, but does not replace professional legal, customs, tax, safety, or regulatory advice.

7. Customer Data

Customers remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of data they enter, including eCMR content, signatures, cargo details, company legal details, cloud-link references, and EDI/API payloads.

8. Acceptable Use and Account Action

The service must not be used to process unlawful shipments, attack or overload systems, bypass access controls, introduce malicious content, infringe third-party rights, or misrepresent official certifications or authorities. We may suspend or terminate Free Access accounts or access where reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, protect users or the platform, investigate a breach, or comply with law.
