- Use the platform only for authorized freight, company, and user data.
- Review every AI/OCR output before relying on it commercially or operationally.
- Confirm which users may access shared eCMR, company, billing, and TruckSim data.
- Keep API tokens, BYOK keys, and uploaded documents limited to approved workflows.
- Treat eFTI status as ongoing certification and readiness work.
- Define paid/pro upgrade needs for OCR, AI, EDI/API, team controls, and support.
