Free Access boundaries

- Free Access does not include stored file attachments; use an access-controlled link to your own cloud directory in eCMR sender instructions when supporting documents are needed.
- Business-Hours availability is Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 Europe/Sofia, subject to the published Terms.
- AI and OCR outputs remain human-reviewed and suitable only after operator validation.
